Customs & Duties
Taru Bali ships international orders using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service whenever available. This means import duties, taxes, and customs charges are generally covered by Taru Bali and should not be payable by the customer upon delivery.
In rare circumstances where additional charges are imposed by local authorities beyond our control, we will work with the customer to resolve the matter on a case-by-case basis.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number.
